Welcome to John Rick, our new Project Manager who took over from Steve Hayes at the beginning of February. Steve has moved into the role of Northern Depot Support Manager for FareShare national.

Our event held in partnership with South Yorkshire Housing in July was a great success - we have 6 potential new CFM's. Our thanks to Sam and Michael at Wharf House in Doncaster for fantastic hosting.

Fareshare South Yorkshire is a charity which redistributes surplus food donated by the food industry, which would otherwise go to landfill, to over 70 Community Food Members (CFM’s) who provide food and meals to vulnerable people.
